Moving Tips
Moving day can be stressful and long, but also so exciting! Hopefully some of these tips will help it go more smoothly:
Make a first day basket filled with things you will need before you're fully unpacked: disposable plates, cups, utensils, etc.
Use plastic wrap around your flatware to keep it in your organizer for easy transport.
Keep your hanging clothes on their hangers. Simply secure several hangers together with a rubber band, then slide a garbage bag around them to keep them together - and clean!
Cover both sides of your mattress with a fitted sheet to keep it clean during transport.
Pack books, photo albums, or other heavy items in a wheeled suitcase for easy moving and less lifting.
